## Job description

Sunflower is an exciting and dynamic B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv. Our mission is to create innovative and captivating gaming experiences that engage and thrill players.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing gaming company and make a significant impact on the industry.

### Responsibilities

- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market trends

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, identify player preferences, and stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends.

- Feature Definition and Prioritization: Collaborate with game designers and development teams to define, prioritise, and document product features and requirements.

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from concept to launch. Define project timelines, milestones,

- Testing and Iteration: Implement a data-driven approach to testing and iterate on product features based on user feedback, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Monetization and Revenue Optimization, strategies that enhance player engagement while achieving revenue goals. Balance monetization with player satisfaction and fair play.

### Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a gaming company.

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience in the gaming industry or with social casino games.

- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
