Omio’s mission is to make travel effortless. Our platform helps people compare and book trains, buses, flights, ferries, and more in one place. We partner with more than 1,000 transport providers across 46 countries. Together with Rome2Rio, our platforms help more than 900 million travelers each year.

Our international team is building the future of global mobility. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape products and partnerships for business customers and travelers.

### The opportunity

You’ll lead product for our Uber partnership, setting its direction and roadmap and delivering improvements that create value for travelers, Uber, and Omio. You’ll also help Omio Business find product-market fit by growing active customers, improving retention, and learning what business travelers need.

You’ll own initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, and measurement. The role calls for someone who can move quickly, adapt when priorities change, and keep teams and stakeholders aligned. You’ll also bring an AI-enabled approach to product work, using practical tools to improve how you research, analyse, prototype, and deliver.

### What you’ll do

### Lead the Uber partnership product

- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Uber partnership.

- Identify and prioritise opportunities across features, markets, commercial levers, and customer experience.

- Drive initiatives that contribute to business goals, including bookings, conversion, customer experience, and partner value.

- Work closely with Uber and internal teams to deliver roadmap commitments and grow the value of the partnership.

### Grow Omio Business

- Help identify and deliver the product improvements that grow active customers, retention, and repeat usage.

- Build a clear understanding of business travelers through research, customer conversations, market insight, and data analysis.

- Turn customer and commercial insight into product recommendations that improve the experience for business customers.

- Test assumptions and learn quickly through research, analysis, prototypes, and product releases.

### Own delivery and outcomes

- Lead initiatives end to end, from problem discovery and prioritisation through launch and iteration—including products or capabilities built from the ground up.

- Work with Engineering on API integrations and API development, translating product needs into clear requirements and decisions.

- Partner across Engineering, Design, Business Development, Operations, Data, and leadership to deliver with speed and quality.

- Set success measures before launch, track results, and use what you learn to guide the roadmap.

- Communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, and changes clearly, especially when plans need to adapt.

### Put AI to practical use

- Use AI tools confidently in your day-to-day work, including for dashboards, analytics, research, and prototypes.

- Identify useful AI applications that help product teams work faster and improve the quality of their decisions and output.

- Share what works and help scale effective AI-enabled practices across the team.

### What you’ll bring

- Product management experience with a record of delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes.

- Experience in travel or a strong understanding of travel products and customer needs.

- Hands-on experience working with APIs, such as integrating third-party APIs or helping design and build APIs with engineering teams.

- End-to-end ownership of product initiatives, including taking a product or major capability from 0 to 1 and launching it.

- Commercial experience, such as P&L responsibility, account management, or ownership of business performance.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine customer research with quantitative evidence.

- Confidence using AI tools for practical product work, including dashboards, analytics, research, and prototyping.

- Clear communication and the ability to influence across teams and senior stakeholders.

- A strong record of executing at pace, adapting to changing priorities, and keeping stakeholders informed.

### Nice to have

- Experience in B2B2C products or partnerships.

- Experience in marketplaces, ecommerce, or other multi-sided platforms.

- Experience working across multiple markets and customer segments.
