### Senior Search Engine Backend Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Search Engine Engineer to join our core technology team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of our core product search system, driving improvements to user experience through advanced search technologies and data insights.

### What You'll Be Doing:

- Be responsible for the development and optimization of the company's core product search system.

- Optimize and enhance the search evaluation platform; propose and implement strategies for improving search effectiveness.

- Design and develop systems for mining search logs and analyzing user behavior to uncover actionable insights.

**Live in the employer’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.
