This role manages policy configuration content within the decision platform, monitors and enhances GoodLeap execution processes, and communicates feedback on quality checks and controls regularly to the leadership. This role will also support Capital Markets, Treasury, Credit Risk, Product, and Engineering to conduct feedback loops on policy changes against the business intent, and design and deliver pilots working with internal stakeholders and externally with vendors to continually improve performance of GoodLeap’s financing products.
