### Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python + Robot)

Location: Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Łódź (Hybrid model – 60% office presence required)

### Rate: Up to 125 PLN/h net (B2B)

### Contracting Party: Optiveum

### About the project:

We are currently looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our client, a global leader in the financial sector. You will be part of the Global Payment Capture initiative within the Embedded Banking service domain. The project focuses on building a highly scalable, robust payment order orchestration platform that abstracts payment complexity and supports multiple channels.

As the recruitment and contracting party, Optiveum will be your direct partner for this cooperation.

### What you will be doing:

- Working closely within an Agile/Scrum team alongside developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure top-tier product quality.

- Testing and validating microservices within complex payment flows, including APIs, Kafka, and databases.

- Analyzing project requirements from a testing perspective.

- Planning, designing, and executing comprehensive test cases.

- Building and maintaining robust automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework.

- Providing transparent test results and contributing to overall quality reporting.

- Participating actively in testing team activities and driving organizational quality initiatives.

### Must-have requirements:

- Proven experience with RESTful API testing tools and methodologies.

- Strong programming skills in Python dedicated to test development.

- Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework automation.

- Solid experience with Database and Kafka testing.

- Proven ability to test and validate XML/JSON data formats.

- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and containerization (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of QA processes (both manual and automated) combined with ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge (or equivalent practical experience).

- Excellent, fluent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
