Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the operation of monetization and product activities within the game through the Admin system, including setting up promotions, controlling game features, segmentation, and more.
* Set up, manage, and operate campaigns in the game’s Admin system, including asset management and pricing configuration.
* Oversee and manage the activation and deactivation of game features and events to align with campaign and product goals.
* Collaborate closely with Monetization, Economy, R&D, BA, and Product team to ensure seamless execution of promotions, events, and live tests.
* Daily monitoring of live tests, in collaboration with the QA team, to ensure campaign configurations function properly in the live environment.
Requirements:
* Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Management, or a similar role.
* Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual, with the ability to operate and learn multiple applications simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
* Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment.
* High work ethic, demonstrating readiness to go the extra mile to achieve desired results.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English - mandatory.
* BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering fields – advantage.
