📍 Location: Flexible (UK)
🧩 Remit: Delivery & availability systems, monolith to domain-driven architecture, AI-native product work
🎯 Focus: Shape what our customers can buy, when it arrives and how it gets there, and untangle the monolith behind it.
About Product at Bloom & Wild 🌸
We're Europe's largest direct-to-consumer flower and gifting business (Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte), now growing into cakes, candles and hampers. Our 16-strong Product team works in 8 squads, with fortnightly sprints and quarterly OKRs, across London, Amsterdam and fully remote. The Delivery & Availability (DAM) squad sits behind every order: it shapes what customers can buy, when it arrives and how it gets there.
