### Responsibilities

- Develop and execute project plans to ensure technical alignment and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and achieve common goals.

- Process Improvement: Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality. This involves analyzing existing workflows, implementing processes, and recommending automation or technology enhancements.

### Requirements

### Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects.

- Proven experience in engaging and leading teams, and improving processes.

- Ability to manage large-scale development projects.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to lead meetings effectively.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

- Experience in working with product management teams, high business understanding skills.
