## Job description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key leadership role, driving initiatives that enhance AT&T technicians' work in the field through innovative, cutting-edge technologies. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, business, and AI transformation.

You'll join a team that values ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

As we evolve toward AI-enabled ways of working, you'll help shape how people, processes, and AI capabilities come together to deliver better outcomes on a scale.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, and business teams.

- Drive delivery execution, release management, organizational readiness, and risk mitigation.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate business and operational needs into scalable technology solutions.

- Improve field operations through automation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

- Remove barriers, manage dependencies, and accelerate execution across multiple organizations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

### Requirements

- Strong technical background with broad understanding of software development and technology delivery.

- Proven experience leading large-scale programs and strategic initiatives.

- Deep understanding of Delivery and Release Management practices.

- Strong business acumen and ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.

- Experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Outstanding communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
