About the role
Our clients are successful professionals and creatives across the U.S. They value their time and expect excellence, and that’s where you come in.
As a Travel Sales Specialist, you’ll own the full client journey, from first call to final landing. You’ll find them real savings on business- and first-class flights, plan and book with expertise, and support them while they travel. Do it well, and you become their go-to travel advisor for years.

This is a sales role with real ownership. Your results drive your income and your growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Qualifying incoming leads and understanding exactly what each client needs
- Guiding clients through their options and closing the deal
- Building long-term relationships that turn into loyalty and referrals
- Hitting and beating your targets as part of a team of 4–6 specialists with a dedicated Team Lead
- Learning fast. Mistakes happen, but never the same one twice. Nobody has done what we’re doing, so expect to move quickly

What you’ll need
- Fluent English (C1+) and confidence speaking with U.S. clients every day
- Experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset and real ambition to grow, professionally and financially
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to pick things up quickly
- Composure under pressure and a positive attitude when things get tough

What you’ll get
- Base pay + uncapped commission + quarterly performance bonus, paid in USD

The setup
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Mexico City time), aligned with U.S. business hours
- On-site at our office in downtown Mexico City
- Independent Contractor agreement
