Description:
Reserve Unit 1337 was established in September 2023 under the Technological Division for Ground Forces (Hatal). Our mission is to strengthen the division during routine and emergency times by injecting significant technology into the field, recruiting top professionals from the Israeli high-tech scene, and bringing industry-standard practices to the field.

Service in the unit is not dependent on your formal military occupation, but rather on your professional experience from the civilian sector. We focus on recruiting high-quality, experienced personnel (7+ years of experience) and use common startup processes to provide significant value to forces in the field quickly and with a high level of finish. Our systems are developed using a modern technology stack.

Additional notes regarding service:
- We operate in civilian clothes, not uniforms.
- We work in a hybrid model from the offices in Nimrodi Towers (WeWork style) and from home.
- You will be working with your personal equipment.
- This is a long-term reserve service, not a one-time event.
- Call-ups for reserve duty are coordinated in advance and according to unit needs.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in the high-tech industry.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive weeks of reserve duty (100% capacity).
- Highly professional, experienced background.

Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the technological division for ground forces.
- Inject significant technology into the field.
- Implement startup industry standards and professional processes within the military technological framework.
- Develop systems using modern technology stacks.
