Why these aren't ghost jobs
A posting on this board is a live requisition in the company's applicant tracking system — the same page their own recruiters send candidates to. We never republish job-board listings, so you don't get the reposts, the aggregator copies, or the ads that outlived the role.

We re-check each posting against the employer's system and remove it as soon as it disappears there. A role stays listed only while the employer's own system still shows it open; anything we can't verify at the source ages out within 45 days rather than sitting here looking fresh.
