These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gurify ("Service"), operated by Geniuses Recruiting LLC. By accessing or using Gurify at https://gurify.com, you agree to these Terms.
Gurify is a job search automation tool that monitors job boards, company career pages, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to find job opportunities matching your criteria. The Service also provides resume tailoring, match scoring, and opportunity management features.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You may also sign in using third-party authentication services (such as Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, submit false information, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the Service, use automated tools to scrape data, or resell access.
You retain ownership of all content you submit, including your resume. By uploading your resume, you grant us a limited license to process and modify it solely for providing the Service. We do not share your resume with employers unless you explicitly direct us to.
Free tier: Limited functionality, no payment required.
Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Ultra): Billed monthly via PayPal. Prices displayed at /pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Takes effect at end of billing period. No refunds for partial months. Contact hello@gurify.com within 14 days if you believe you were charged in error.
Gurify modifies your resume to better match specific job descriptions. These are suggestions — you can review and edit before downloading. You are responsible for the accuracy of any resume you submit to employers. Gurify does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.
Gurify aggregates job listings from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Gurify does not apply to jobs on your behalf.
The Service integrates with Google (authentication), GitHub (authentication), PayPal (payments), and LinkedIn (job data). Your use of these services is governed by their terms.
The Service is owned by Geniuses Recruiting LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, nor any specific outcomes from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account by contacting hello@gurify.com.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tbilisi, Georgia.
