Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - R&D
Company Name: Lightricks
Location: Not specified (Global roles in Israel, the UK, and the US mentioned)
Job Type: Not specified
Full Description:
Lightricks is an AI-first company creating next-generation content creation technology for businesses, enterprises, and studios with a mission to bridge the gap between imagination and creation. At our core is LTX-2, an open-source generative video model, built to deliver expressive, high-fidelity video at unmatched speed. It powers both our own products and a growing ecosystem of partners through API integration.
The company is also known globally for pioneering consumer creativity through products like Facetune, one of the world’s most recognized creative brands, which helped introduce AI-powered visual expression to hundreds of millions of users worldwide. We combine deep research, user-first design, and end-to-end execution from concept to final render, to bring the future of expression to all.
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - R&D who's genuinely curious about AI and technology, knows how to earn the trust of technical leaders, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and pushes hiring processes forward.
Responsibilities:
* Own the full recruiting lifecycle for global R&D roles across Engineering, Research, Data, and Product teams in Israel, the UK, and the US.
* Partner closely with R&D leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate talent profiles, and advise on market realities.
* Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive talent, with a strong emphasis on the AI/ML, deep learning, and generative AI ecosystem.
* Drive structured, fast-moving hiring processes with clear stakeholder communication, sharp prioritization, and zero drop-off in candidate care.
* Leverage AI-powered tools to build smarter, more efficient recruiting workflows.
* Identify friction points in the hiring process and lead the implementation of solutions - treating recruitment operations with the same rigor you'd expect from an engineering team.
* Partner with the HR team to drive initiatives that strengthen manager capabilities, elevate the candidate journey, and contribute to an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth AI, deep tech company.
* Prior experience recruiting AI/ML researchers is a strong advantage.
* Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive, pipeline-first mindset.
* A true business partner mindset - you know how to build trust with senior technical leaders, challenge assumptions when needed, and move hiring decisions forward with confidence.
* Deep fluency in the R&D talent landscape: you can hold a credible conversation about ML research, platform engineering, or data infrastructure, and you know what separates a strong signal from noise in a technical profile.
* Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
* High organizational intelligence - able to balance multiple searches, shifting priorities, and demanding stakeholders without losing quality or speed.
* Fluent English.
