We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our team. If you embrace fast-paced thinking. If you are passionate about working with state of the art technology. This could be your role!
This role combines technical leadership with team management and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and other stakeholders across the organization to support business and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Define and implement best practices for observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational excellence.
* Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for infrastructure and platform improvements.
* Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and operational resilience following cloud security best practices.
* Drive CI/CD strategy and continuous delivery improvements across the organization.
* Participate in on-call rotations and establish operational processes that maximize platform availability and reliability.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices.
* Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams - An advantage.
* Proven experience in debugging complex production issues across distributed systems, and linux environments.
* Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks and Kubernetes and containerized environments.
* Hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, or other programming languages.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Hybrid work setup: two days per a week at the Tel Aviv office (near Hashalom).
