Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain long-term client relationships within the FX/CFD trading environment</p></li><li><p>Convert high-quality leads into active, retained customers</p></li><li><p>Drive client retention and increase lifetime value through proactive engagement</p></li><li><p>Provide continuous high-level service and support to clients</p></li><li><p>Monitor financial markets and stay updated on relevant industry developments</p></li><li><p>Handle client objections effectively and support conversion and retention goals</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>

Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (minimum B2 level)</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in retention within the Forex &amp; CFD industry (mandatory)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products</p></li><li><p>Ability to work towards targets and deadlines</p></li><li><p>Strong objection-handling and negotiation

Skills</p></li><li><p>Computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/sales systems</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with basic mathematical understanding </p></li><li><p>Experience in FX sales, trading support, or client relationship management</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with financial trading platforms and brokerage environments</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and persuasion
