Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Partner with the C-level suite to drive the company’s financial strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term planning.

• Prepare clear, data-driven financial decks, forecasts, and performance analysis for Board of Directors meetings and investors.

• Actively support future fundraising rounds, leading financial due diligence processes, and investor projections.

Hands-on FP&A & Business Partnership

• Roll up your sleeves to build, maintain, and own complex financial models from scratch (Cash Flow, Revenue models, Budget vs. Actual, unit economics).

• Lead the annual budget process, periodic re-forecasting, and ongoing KPI tracking across all departments.

• Provide actionable insights to departmental leaders to optimize burn rate and resource allocation.

Financial Operations & Grants Management

• Manage, submit, and oversee non-dilutive funding sources, including budget tracking, financial reporting, and compliance for grants (IIA, BIRD, etc.).

• Manage global financial operations, cash flow, tax strategy, and month-end/year-end closing processes (US GAAP).

• Oversee relationships with external auditors, and banking partners.
