What You'll Do:

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze operational spend and performance to identify trends, patterns, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop and support analytical models and tools to improve performance visibility and decision-making.
  • Create clear and impactful data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Detect anomalies and deviations in performance data and work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Act as a key interface between data and relevant interfaces, ensuring alignment, data integrity, and actionable outcomes.

KPI Ownership & Performance Monitoring:

  • Act as the focal point for the unit’s KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems and reports.
  • Ensure KPI targets are properly defined and aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor performance against targets, identifying gaps and deviations.
  • Analyze root causes for underperformance and work with relevant stakeholders to validate data and resolve discrepancies.

Ad-hoc Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate reports based on evolving business needs and management requests



Requirements

  • Academic education in Industrial Engineering and Management from a recognized university or college -a must
  • 1–2 years of experience in analytical roles - a must
  • High proficiency in Excel - a must
  • High level of English – written and spoken - a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – a must
  • Basic knowledge of data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Fabric
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings in clear, simple business language, including actionable insights.
  • Proactive, fast learner with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
